Privacy notice
Information we request
We collect your name, email, phone number, selected service, business name, home and business addresses, and identification details needed for your filing. EIN requests also require an SSN, encrypted and accessible only to authorized staff; it is deleted when your assigned EIN is saved. State registrations do not collect SSNs or ITINs. Payments are handled securely by our payment processor; we do not store card details. After payment, Secretary of State clients upload a Colorado ID or driver’s license privately for staff-assisted filing.
How we use your information
We use your details to review your request, contact you and discuss the services you need. Submitting the form does not file an application with the Colorado Secretary of State or IRS.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in Lovable Cloud. Visitors cannot read other clients’ requests. We do not publish or sell your contact information.
Private document links
After confirmed payment, you can obtain a private state-registration summary. The link expires in 7 days; anyone holding it can download the document, so do not share it publicly. It includes contact and business details, but no ID numbers/photos or SSN. It is not an official application or proof of filing. SS-4 documents are generated separately and become unavailable when the SSN is deleted.
Your choices
You can ask our team to correct or delete your application details, or stop contacting you. Enter your SSN only in the dedicated encrypted EIN field; do not send sensitive information in other fields or by email.
